As a BAFTA & Grierson winning documentary Producer, now Producer/Director, and a Brand Film Award Nominated branded content Producer/Director, I have spent my career learning to wear many different hats. But my most valuable skill is finding great stories and making them even better.
Wearing different hats does have its benefits though, I'm an accomplished self-shooter, with my own FX6 kit, and I'm happiest when on the ground, camera in hand, meeting contributors and seeing where the story takes me.
With years of experience in development and a passion for high-stakes investigations, research is my bread and butter. I'm also well versed in securing and managing access either with high profile individuals or within communities and institutions.
I have a track record for taking documentaries from concept to delivery, owning productions with excellent results.
Having started my career as an edit assistant (after running, of course), occasionally edited my own work, and more recently edit produced primetime documentaries and high-end branded content, I have a great appreciation and understanding of the editing process from every level.
